Day 150 - Support Second Harvest Heartland in their efforts to fill dinner tables by reducing waste, increasing efficiencies, breaking down barriers to access and ultimately better connecting the abundant resources here in the heartland with our neighbors in need. Attend the ninth annual Dish: Cuisine for Change which offers a touch of glamour with elegant gourmet samplings, wine tasting, live/silent auctions and premium entertainment. The event is tonight at the St. Paul RiverCentre.
Chefs from al Vento, French Meadow, Good Earth, Hell’s Kitchen, Kincaids, McCoy’s, Porter & Frye, Red Stag Supper Club, Rinata, Scusi, Sea Change, Solera, The Lexington, Oceanaire, The Strip Club, Treasure Island, WA Frost & Company and Zelo will be serving there best dishes.
